Building a Community of Practice for Shared Educational Innovation

Professional recognition schemes recognise leadership in higher education, but leadership can thrive most powerfully in collaboration. This keynote explores how we can come together to form a Community of Practice (CoP) that includes a focus on Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). With shared interests and values, this group has the unique opportunity to move from individual achievement to collective influence.
