LSAANZ Conference, New South Wales: bursaries

The SLSA invites applications from members for bursaries supporting attendance at the Law and Society Association of Australia and New Zealand (LSAANZ) conference in Wollongong, New South Wales, 12–15, December 2018. There are up to six awards of £500.

This call specifically targets postgraduate and early career researchers (up to eight years post-PhD award). Only applicants with an accepted abstract to present at the conference will be considered (the call for abstracts closed on 6 July  2018). Preference will be given to applicants without financial support from their own institutions.

In your application you must include details of the following:

  • name and institution;
  • the title of your abstract and the panel/stream where it will be presented;
  • a note on your eligibility;
  • a case for support, including levels of institutional financial support and a justification for why attendance at the conference is important for the development of your research (250 words max)
