Centre for Family Law and Policy 

Staffordshire University

The Centre for Family Law and Policy was established sixteen years ago and has a number of academics affiliated to it, from within the Law School and from across the wider University community.


The research and scholarly activity of the centre is focused on a number of areas of family law and allied subjects and disciplines. These include the intersection of family and criminal law, and in providing a place of mediation and mediation education in family law.
